Jimmy Rotheram is the music leader at Feversham Primary Academy where his work has attracted interest from around the world. From being a failing school to now in the top 1% in the country Jimmy joins us to share his inspiring story and lead workshops in the pedagogy that has transformed not only the academic success of his school but also lead to the children being really good young musicians. He has been in the finals for the Global Teacher Prize, Advisor to the House of Lords, ABRSM, the Benedetti Foundation and Music Teacher Magazine. He also works with a wide range of organisations, including the BBC, Oxford University, The Royal Philharmonic Society and the Arts Council.
