Leo Selleck

Leo trained in vocal studies and opera at conservatoire in London and now works as a freelance opera singer, performing at major UK festivals, including Glyndebourne and Longborough. He will sing and cover debut roles at a UK summer opera festival in 2025. He also sings regularly as a bass soloist in pieces such as Messiah, The Creation and Mozart Requiem at places such as Lincoln Cathedral and Cadogan Hall in London. Leo was a finalist in the 2024 Mastersingers competition, for young British Wagner singers.

Leo has taught privately in the past and values students finding the technical aspects of singing that really work for them as this is far more likely to last. Singing music they enjoy is also a must!

Leo has previously worked for several years in children’s social care so is experienced working with young people and really wants to see them enjoy their music and reach their potential.
