Anna is an exceptional instrumental teaching practitioner with extensive experience in both Primary and SEND settings. After earning her PGCE and studying music at Birmingham University, her career has taken her across the country, both playing and teaching. In recent years, her expertise in whole-class settings has made her a sought-after training course leader, conducting CPD workshops for both specialist and non-specialist music teachers at schools and conferences.
Specializing in cello and piano, Anna also teaches a diverse range of instruments, including African drumming, samba, and ukulele. She runs African drumming workshops in community settings, ensuring her sessions are accessible to all participants. Driven by a deep passion for transforming lives through the power of music, Anna leads the Inspire Choir, an inclusive community choir in Crawley that welcomes individuals of all ages and abilities. Recently, she co-founded The Dragonflies, an improvisation trio that brings healing and hope to diverse community settings.
